We have a vacancy for an individual to join our broking team based in Ipswich, but currently homeworking, arranging insurance for individuals and small businesses.
We offer a wide range of insurance products including Home, Small Commercial, Motor, Travel and Personal Accident.
You will be joining a team focused on delivering excellent service to our customers.
The role also benefits from the opportunity to participate in an incentive plan.
What will the role involve?
Handling incoming calls and enquiries from new and existing customers - dealing with new business requests, preparing quotations, dealing with mid-term adjustments and renewal preparation
Delivering excellent customer service to customers based in the UK and overseas
Ensuring customer interactions are dealt with in a friendly, professional and timely manner
What are we looking for?
Previous insurance sales experience ideally in a broker
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
Good attention to detail
Experience of the Open GI insurance system would be an advantage but not essential
