As a Broker, your role will be to obtain the best quote you can for your customer from a select panel of insurers, and to then arrange insurance cover as agreed with the client. This will involve negotiation with both insurers and customers, so you will need to be a strong negotiator and a confident communicator.
There is great insurance training in place, plus the Chartered Insurance Institution Diploma (CII exams), which is funded by the employer, plus 20 training modules that you are mentored through, backed up with some self-study.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm. Please note that you will be required to work Saturday 9am-12pm on a rota basis
