Insurance Branch Staff x 3 required for the Poole and Parkstone high street branches of this well established (over 50 years) and successful insurance company with over 80 high-street branches in the UK.
Excellent starting salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
Monday to Friday standard office hours. 8.00am - 5pm with alternate Saturdays 8.30am-12pm
The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience in renewals and sales,
- dealing with customers in person, over the phone and via email
- 6 months + sales and /or customer service experience,
- previous motor or home insurance experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in a customer facing role would help as you will be dealing with customers coming into the branch.
- numerate / comfortable working with numbers as you will be providing quotes to customers on a daily basis.
- Supported through the nationally recognised CII exams that will enable you to gain the CII Certificate in General Insurance.
