Barker Munro are proud to be working with a successful insurance brokers who are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team in London.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for expanding local business by confidently communicating with clients.

We are looking someone who wants to be part of a team and develop both the business as well as themselves.

We are looking for the applicants with the following:

A '’can do’’ attitude with a positive mind set
Be able to convert warm leads into sales
Motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets
Articulated, organised and totally customer focused
Be able to ask the right questions and match the client’s needs to the product
Able to work in a high pressure environment
Computer literate
Have the ability to overcome objections

Insurance experience is preferred but not essential.
