Rark Solutions are supporting a market leading company in West Malling who are recruiting for an Insurance Administrator.

This is a permanent full time opportunity.

The role has the responsibility for supporting customers and colleagues and ensuring that work is accurate and on-time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Checking files are compliant and up to date
  • Administration of existing insurance policies
  • Delivering outstanding service to colleagues and clients
  • Resolving any issues with client paperwork
  • Completing paperwork and re-directing it to the relevant dept.
  • Scanning and checking files onto the company database
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties

We are looking for a candidate who is pro-active and positive with excellent written communication skills. You should be flexible and willing to go the extra mile to help clients and colleagues. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment would also be a strong advantage.

You must be fully computer literate with a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

Ideally you will have some knowledge of working in an insurance background and understand technical insurance terms.
