The Role: -
As an Insurance Administrator you will be expected to work as part of a team and as such your job role will require you to assist and help others within, not only the admin team, but also the sales team to complete their daily duties. Building and maintaining relationships with both insurers and external clients will be key to the overall role. You will ensure all client instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately, and maintain communication and understanding through accurate reports and summaries for them.
Working within the Admin Team which supports the Sales & Service call centre, administrating motorcycle (modern, classic, custom) and van insurance.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
Insurance experience is essential.
Excellent customer service / telephony skills required
Good IT skills.
Experience dealing with both clients and insurers.
