My client is a leading name in the insurance market and they are looking for an Insurance Administrator to join their dynamic team in Haywards Heath.

The key responsibility of this role is to provide our customers with processing support and query resolution for both new and existing business.

To provide our customers with processing support and query resolution for both new and existing business
To provide telephone support in accordance with the guidelines of the Operational Underwriting Telephone Protocol
Ensure all processing is completed within MID requirements and in accordance with internally agreed SLAs and KPIs
Provide support to the Broker Response Team Leader by ensuring delivery of own performance against agreed objectives, KPIs and SLAs
To recognise and report verbal complaints effectively, in accordance with the complaint procedure
Understand and comply with FCA, TCF and Data Protection Regulations

An excellent team player with strong communication skills, with particular emphasis on telephone / verbal communication skills
A good degree of computer literacy is preferred including sound knowledge of MS Office
Strong administrative and data recording skills
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise work , clear agreed volumes and work to deadlines
Ability to work as part of a close team
Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
Insurance experience definitely an advantage
