Insurance Administrator

Meraki Talent’s industry leading Global Insurance client are looking for multiple Insurance Administrators on Permanent and Fixed Term Contracts to join an expanding processing team

This is a key role as you will collate all relevant information on policies ensuring that it is accurate as well as ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • To provide account handling and administrative support on all Accounts
  • Working with the Client Service Executives to support them in account handling activities
  • Managing workloads in accordance with Service Level Agreement’s.
  • Assist where required with on-going Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department
  • Process claims in line with required service standard and philosophy
  • Data entry
  • Management of claims costs
  • Challenge any anomalies including rejecting invalid claims.
  • Collating and maintaining large amounts of data
  • Maintain a robust control framework

Background of the Position:

  • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders across the business
  • Understanding of risk
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel)
  • Experience working in a back office environment is advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Understand the different elements of claims - financial, medical, occupational and non-medical limits would be beneficial
  • Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
