INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Clark James Insurance Recruitment are involved with an exciting expansion project with a brilliant Insurance broker who are just outside of Tunbridge Wells who are seeking several new team members to join their busy office with free parking.

They are ideally looking for someone with some Insurance exposure but will also look at staff with good office based customer service or call centre experience (not just retail for example)

The main duties of this role will include

  • Telephone sales and customer service calls
  • Produce and issue quotations and new business documents
  • Outbound telephone calls to potential leads, including follow up calls
  • Mid-term adjustments, renewals and cancellations as required
  • Data entry into required systems

  • Strong customer focus and excellent relationship management skills
