CKB Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-respected insurance broking group, who now have some fantastic opportunities available on both a Full Time and Part Time basis, for people to join them in their Brentwood office, as Insurance Account Handlers, working on their fun and successful teams, in a call centre type environment.
As an Insurance Account Handler, you’ll be working on the front lines phone based sales and customer service teams. They are seeking to add 2 people to the team that specialises in Household, Holiday Home and Touring caravan type insurance covers.
You will be responsible proactively maximise inbound sales, including cross-selling products to existing clients. Your work will involve dealing with a mixture of new business, mid-term adjustments and renewal reviews.
To be considered for this role, you will need experience in insurance within a broker or insurer in a call centre type environment. Above all you must have a sparkling telephone manner, being a people person with the ability to talk and build a rapport with you customers, to make sure your they enjoy the best service they can from you and the business.

Office hours are 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 9am-12pm on a rota (1 in 4 during quiet periods) They will also consider those who wish to work part time, ideally 5 days a week, with hours such as 10/11am-3/4pm.
Full time salary on offer is £18,500-£21,000 dependant on experience.
