INSURANCE ACCOUNT HANDLER/CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER

Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a really friendly, down to earth but successful Insurance broker based in the Medway towns, they are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with at least a year or two of Insurance broking experience for a busy customer service and sales role.

They have a tailored approach to insurance and believe if customers need that little bit more they will go the extra mile to obtain and maintain their business.

Full in house training will be given across a range of Insurance products which are both Personal Lines and Commercial based.

The right candidate will be dealing with customers in house and via the telephone, producing Sales with new business quotations, amendments and renewals along with generating additional new business and cross sales with current clients.

You need to be able to work to targets, have a good administration skill due to minimal paperwork involved and have a good basis within IT skills, a stable work history would be of an advantage but again not essential.

The offices are modern and spacious with shared onsite parking. Competitive salary will depend on your experience. The hours are standard Monday to Friday with weekend or shift work.
