Installation Project Manager - Construction: A commercially-focussed, Installation Project Manager with leadership experience gained in the construction industry is required to join a prestigious, high-end design and fit-out company to manage premium wall and floor covering installation projects.
The successful candidate will have a natural ability to identify commercial opportunities, whilst also overseeing interior installation projects for prestigious commercial and residential clients. The ability to lead a small installations team is essential.

Loop3 design and fit out high specification retail spaces, commercial environments and luxury residential schemes. Based in London's Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, the company's mission is to take care of every aspect of the installation process, from initial surveys through to ongoing maintenance on completed projects. The company has doubled revenue in the last 5 years and is now aiming to double revenue again by 2023.

Applications from Project Managers with trade experience in technical roles including; carpentry, surveying and site management are welcomed, as are applications from candidates with a background in a specialist finishes showroom environment.

*Respond proactively to enquiries from referral or other channels (telephone, email, web enquiry)
*Site survey, measure up, quantify and assess, working directly with clients to assess the project
*Identify opportunities on each project to add further specialist value to the client by selling Loop3 services
*Provide the client with fully detailed quotes including any specialist advice on the suitability of the existing condition of walls and floors, materials and coverings
*Ensure quotes are followed up as required, with agreed payments terms and T&C's
*Arrange team, supplier / partner liaison & programming to ensure materials and resources are available to enable the project to be delivered on time, work-ins programmed into the schedule and ensure the scope and procedure is agreed by all parties
*Manage the team to ensure the schedule and quality standards are met
*Provide client with invoice, ensuring accuracy and that payment terms are met
*Identify new clients and maintain excellent existing relationships to explore referral or continued commercial opportunities.

Skills & Experience:
*5+ years' experience in product, wall coverings, hard wood floors, tiling and related construction or interiors
*Experience of pricing and estimation including margin management
*Experience of running similar multiple own accounts / projects for clients, up to 7 a week
*Estimation qualifications (desired)
*Customer focussed and driven by service excellence
*Switched on, smart manner and appearance
*Polite and articulate
*Great communication skills
*Able to build relationships with clients and suppliers
