We currently help over 50,000 customers that are struggling to manage their finances. Our solutions include Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), Debt Management Plans (DMPs), Bankruptcy and alternative debt solutions
ROLE AT A GLANCE
IVA Team Manager
Location: Sale, Manchester (M33)
Department: One Advice Ltd
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
The main function of this position is to lead, manage and motivate a team within the Variation Department to provide a first class service to all customers.
Key Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to;
- To lead, manage and motivate the team
- Ensure staff and team targets, service levels and key performance indicators are met, on a daily basis
- Drive performance through quality monitoring, performance management & identifying individual training requirements
- Provide support and assistance for team members to help and develop their skills and knowledge
We are looking someone who is proficient with Microsoft office. Who has excellent organisational skills and who has the ability to go above and beyond whilst motivating others. Excellent communication skills are key also.
We are looking for at least 1 years experience within a Team Manager role. Previous IVA experience is essential to the position.
