Partner / Director – Insolvency Practice

Position: Full time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £100,000 plus benefits

Our client is looking for a dynamic Partner or Director to lead and develop their insolvency team, playing a pivotal role in expanding their presence beyond the established hubs of Taunton and Swindon.

You will be:

• Leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality insolvency services
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and networks
• Taking appointments and driving business development
• Collaborating across multiple offices to support regional expansion
• Maintaining excellent standards of client service and compliance

You will have:

• A proven track record of winning business and taking appointments in insolvency
• Strong leadership and people management experience
• Confidence in client-facing situations with excellent networking skills
• A long-term commitment to growing within the practice
