Role Overview:As the Insolvency Manager specialising in CVAs, you will lead the end-to-end process of structuring, proposing, and implementing Company Voluntary Arrangements for financially distressed businesses. You will play a key role in managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and delivering tailored, effective solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of CVA cases from initial client engagement through to closure.
- Conduct initial financial assessments and viability reviews to determine CVA suitability.
- Prepare detailed CVA proposals, including cash flow forecasts, creditor reports, and restructuring plans.
- Liaise and negotiate with creditors, shareholders, company directors, and other stakeholders.
- Present CVA proposals at creditor meetings and oversee voting procedures in compliance with insolvency legislation.
- Work closely with solicitors, accountants, and turnaround specialists to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ensure all statutory filings and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor the implementation of CVAs, including collection of contributions and distribution to creditors.
- Manage a small team of case administrators and provide training/support as needed.
- Keep up to date with changes in insolvency law and best practices related to CVAs.
