A leading global insurance broker are currently looking for a Client Service Manager to look after the team who support Insolvency practitioners with Insurance and Risk Solutions to be based in their Manchester office.
Reporting directly to the Client Service Director, you will be working in an ambitious and professional team responsible for ensuring we deliver excellent client service and developing new business across the North.
·Working with the Client Service Director to manage client relationships and ensuring we deliver excellent client service
·Delivering additional services including insurance training sessions and site visits
·Managing larger, more complex insurance programmes on larger insolvency appointments liaising with clients, our placement team and insurers
·Maximising our potential with existing clients and developing our client base
·Identifying new products and services to enhance our service delivery
·Understanding the commercial requirements of our clients and the specialist nature of the insolvency industry
·Experience in the insurance sector either within commercial broking or underwriting
·Confident presentation skills & strong written communication skills
·Flexible approach to duties as visits to client's offices or appointment sites will be required in addition to attendance at various industry/client events throughout the year
·Experience in a client-facing role
·Desire to work within an ever changing environment with an ability to thrive on change and identify areas that could be improved to better serve our clients
·Ability to work in a busy and challenging environment with a positive attitude
