Insight Analyst/Data Analyst
A Insight Analyst will draw on a variety of data sets to understand the general public's behaviours, wants and needs, with the aim of unearthing clear information that can be used to benefit a client. You will support creative strategists in applying consumer thinking methods to data analytics. You will support the broader team in developing intelligent ideas for clients to act upon. You will thrive when faced with new challenges and be resourceful and proactive within a developing environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
As an Insights Analyst, you will...
Understand the ins and outs of social listening platforms such as Sysomos and Brandwatch
Work with other appropriate data sets
Identify trends and themes in the social data, E.g. Phrases, words and general language
Translate themes and trends identified into actions that will benefit a client and assist with their business challenges.
Work across multiple projects at any one time
Inclined to think critically and laterally
A active and creative problem solver
The ability to strategically solve problems
An interest in social media is encouraged.
While this is not essential, previous experience with any of the following areas may give a competitive advantage: Media management, Data analysis, Market/consumer research, Brand strategy, Innovation.
Knowledge of more than one language.
