£28,000 - £29,500 + Commission (£2,000 – 30,000 OTE)

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading distribution business in Chesterfield who are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop their career, working with existing customers to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.

The Role:

• Handle orders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
• Upsell and suggest related products to increase revenue.
• Manage opportunities from marketing and outside sales.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, resolving any order issues or backorders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Experience & Skills:

• 2-4 years’ experience in sales or sales administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of fixings and fastenings is a bonus.

The Package:

• 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
• Ability to earn up to £30,000 in commission
• Early finish on a Friday
