talentdesk are proud to be assisting our client’s expansion with the recruit of multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join their sales team. Joining this rapidly expanding and world-wide successful technology business based in Cambridge they are keen to have an Inside Sales Representative to establish relationships with new and existing customers to uncover and sell high-value opportunities.
As Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and contacting new business leads, pre-qualifying incoming leads, following up on marketing campaigns and developing target lists of potential new business.
From this you will then book meetings for members of the external sales team to meet with potential customers and demonstrate their product offering, alongside attendees for future events and exhibitions. You will be rewarded per each successful meeting which you secure on behalf of the external sales team and receive a percentage of each sale which they in turn close as commission.
You will also ensure that you update the company sales database with relevant information, following up with prospects that have attended trade fairs, write correspondence to promote new business and create weekly reports.
As Inside Sales Representative you will be educated up to degree level with previous B2B sales or business development experience. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and plenty of self-motivation along with a willingness to learn. They are also keen to speak with candidates who are fluent in an additional language such as French, German, Scandinavian, Dutch or Italian.
This is a demanding yet rewarding role through their commission structure and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work with an exciting technology product and be part of a fast-paced sales environment.
