Time Appointments are working on behalf of a forward-thinking organisation based just outside of the town centre of Ipswich. With the current sales team working in good succession, our client is looking for an experienced inside sales manager to train and develop the sales staff and processes.
You will hold responsible for driving business development forward, increasing effectiveness, monitoring progress and motivating the team. The right candidate will be able to adapt to the needs of different individuals, have experience in people management and have vision.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor sales metrics and utilise them to improve the performance of staff
- Motivate and lead the sales team towards goals that will challenge them
- Use vision to build a high calibre sales team
- Maintain customer satisfaction to ensure long lasting relationships, client retention and repeat business
