Role Telesales Consultant/Account Manager B2B
Salary £20k to £24k Depending on Experience. OTE £45k + Uncapped
Location Leeds - (free on-site parking)
Hours Business Hours Mon- Fri - Full Time Perm Role

- Contact and building relationships with existing customers to upsell and upgrade some amazing products that every business needs and values.
- Manage existing clients, increasing spend and share of wallet through first class sales and relationship building skills.
- High mix of account management, win-back and new business opportunities.
- Engage and partner with the Field Sales team when required to improve the customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed very reasonable targets and KPI’s set.
- To be an ambassador for this market leading brand, carrying forward the quality of interaction that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.
The role also offers a first-class working environment which encourages people to develop and grow for the long term into more senior roles, management or field sales.
- B2B Sales experience ideally
- Experience of being able to spot opportunities and develop new business whilst managing clients through first class relationships.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Understands the concept and value in pipeline and how to forecast results.
- Ambitious to achieve £60k + in earning and grow a long-term career.
- Enthusiasm, attitude and a strong work ethic are key for this role.
- £20k - £24k basic salary depending on experience (with a salary increase within 6 months)
- OTE £40k -£50k + Uncapped (regular earnings of £1500+ per month in commission)
