Inside Sales Executive - Cyber Security
£35k-£45k + Double OTE + Incentives
We are seeking experienced inside sales executives to join our growing team.
Evalian is a cyber security and data protection business, specialising in penetration testing, security consultancy, ISO 27001 certification, cyber essentials certification and data protection compliance.
We have more than tripled in size over the past 12 months and have ambitions to grow further. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our business as one of our first outbound sales executives, to earn well and grow your role and package in line with our growth and your contribution.
You will be focused on targeting and winning business from net new customers and then managing those accounts going forward. You will be selling security services including:
- Penetration Testing & Security Assessments
- Cyber Essentials Consultancy & Certification
- ISO 27001, 22301 & 9001 Consultancy
- Cyber Security Strategy, Leadership & Improvement Consultancy
- Incident Response Planning Consultancy & Exercises
- Secure Development Advisory
- Governance, Risk & Compliance Consultancy
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying target clients for our security services
- Developing sales opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Scoping new client requirements and preparing sales proposals
- Winning net new client business and managing the client account going forward
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities from new customers and accounts you have won
You’ll be ambitious, hard working and be driven to be a top sales performer. You will have experience in B2B sales, most likely in the IT, technology or SaaS sales sectors.
The right candidate will have strong communication skills and be very comfortable with outbound sales prospecting by telephone, including identifying target organisations, cold calling and relationship nurturing over time.
You will be a be able to demsonstrate a history of winning new business and meeting sales targets in your previous role(s).
The base salary will depend on your experience and will be in the range of £35,000 - £45,000 + Double OTE. There will be every opportunity to grow your package based on your success - we’re looking to hire and retain top performers.

Location & Minimum Requirements
Our head office is near Winchester in Hampshire, but we are looking for the best candidates and are happy to hire remote workers who can demonstrate a track record of sales success.
If you do wish to work remotely, you will need a suitable home working space and a good, reliable internet connection.
We are a team of 24 based across the UK. Founded by our managing director 3.5 years ago, we have an open and supportive culture in which flexible working is supported and employees are treated like grown-ups.
Our sales focus to date has been on inbound enquiries, so these roles will be our first outbound sales roles. As such there you won’t be scrapping for target customers and you’ll keep the clients you win to manage and grow over time.
Our marketing team will be available to support campaign activities and you’ll have the support of our subject matter experts when pitching to prospects.
