Inside Sales Executive £27,000 + OTE Milton Keynes
We are excited be working with A Global Tech giant who specialise in Risk Management Software Solutions. They are Global leaders in Risk and Compliance solutions and are transforming many industries with their disruptive technologies.
They are proud of their technology first approach and are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to support their Field Sales Team and grow their EMEA markets with a focus on selling their Risk and Compliance software
This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who has High energy, works with urgency and has a hunger to smash targets. They are looking for someone who can build rapport over the phone and be the first point of call in the software sales process to qualify leads and book appointments for technical teams and field agents. Within this role you will be doing a combination of new business building your own pipeline, utilising their existing network, working and growing existing accounts across EMEA.
The best thing about this role is the scope for growth and the fantastic on going training.
Creating new business opportunity through marketing generated leads, to exist customers and new business prospects you engage with.
Achievement of new business appointment set targets, which are part of the growth agenda for the Risk & amp; Learning Division.
Successful delivery of presentations to prospective clients in order to secure new business opportunity, via telephone, Email, and professional social platforms i.e. LinkedIn.
Marketing generated leads daily follow up.
Develop an in depth understanding of customer needs and alternative competitive solutions.
Give structured feedback to marketing and the Line Manager/Sales Directors in order to Improve the value proposition to customers.
Conduct research and maintain detailed knowledge of customer base to generate sufficient quality appointments to pass to the Field Team.
Update information onto the CRM system daily - cold calls, pipeline activity etc.
Regularly achievement of all team KPI's.
Role Requirements -
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required;
Excellent phone and oral communication skills
Demonstrated customer focus and strong relationship building skills.
1-2 Years Minimum sales experience (new business /B2B sales)
The ability to develop a good rapport, via the phone, with external clients and prospects;
The ability to influence, persuade and direct individuals to good effect;
The skills necessary to get past the 'gatekeeper';
Confidence to deal with contacts at senior management and board level;
The ability to 'close' appointments; **This role is a Permanent role based in Milton Keynes**
Salary- £27,000 base (Depending on experience) plus a very competitive OTE,
