The Inside Sales Account Manager based in the clients Windsor office, will have responsibility to promote products and services by establishing customer relationships. In addition, you will work effectively with field sales partners to generate leads across the wider business.
The responsibility of this position is to increase the usage of Rapid Assay tests through outbound telephone contact. Additionally, you will be looking after the sales administration which includes maintenance of account profiles, coordinating with field sales teams when making appointments and distributing marketing material.
They are looking for someone who would be able to establish business opportunities and schedule proactive/reactive calls to the customer base. It’s important to be able to determine and ensure customer satisfaction whilst having the confidence to discuss in detail products with our customers.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful applicant will be educated to GCSE level or above with a preferred background in telephone sales, or customer service. If you can promote ideas persuasively and anticipate and respond to customer needs - then this is ideal for you. Goals/targets will be set, therefore it’s imperative you have the drive to achieve these, whilst excelling working independently.
Communication skills are very important - expressing thoughts in a concise and considered manner as you will be working across the business with a range of stakeholders. We would expect the successful candidate to speak with passion and enthusiasm about our clients' services to their customer base.
