Inside Sales Consultant

iRecruit Partners are currently working with a company based in Camberley who are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team. They are looking for an ambitious and professional Inside Sales Consultant to help with new account acquisition within a defined territory. Upon successful completion of the in-house training programme, incumbents will embark upon a rewarding career as 'hunters’, bringing their prospecting skills to a new level. They will walk prospective clients through the entire sales cycle beginning with concluding with a customised business solution for a new customer. The ultimate goal of this position is to broaden the company customer base and develop long term business relationships.


  • Identify opportunities with potential customer accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new buying accounts
  • Utilise professional selling expertise and business acumen to meet and exceed sales targets within a broad geographical sales territory


  • Customer Focused - personally demonstrated that both external and internal customers are a high priority by identifying, and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Initiative - recognises opportunities and initiates actions to capitalise on them by looking for a new and productive way to make an impact

  • Advanced negotiation and objection handling skills are essential in this role
  • Post-secondary education is preferred
  • A tested and proven track record in sales, with 2-5 years experience, B2B preferred
  • Experience selling in a consultative sales approach environment
  • Experience with cold calling, business development and account development
