Inside Sales and Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build on existing relationships with clients to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Introduce new business prospects to innovative and cost-effective cleaning and washroom solutions with some strong USP’s 
  • Work to generate a definitive sales pipeline through the identification of new targets/prospects and manage the pipeline against KPIs.
  • Undertake detailed research on prospects and key accounts to identify business issues and potential needs/opportunities.
  • Around 40% of your time will be spent working on sales administration projects:
  • producing weekly and monthly sales reports
  • monitoring orders
  • raising invoices
  • Ensuring all business development activity in the office is recorded using the company’s sales management and CRM system.
  • Provide accurate management information and sales reports on a timely basis to the Managing Director as required.
  • Works in line with the company’s values, of collaboration, leadership, excellence, agility, respect and responsibility.
  • Works collaboratively across all areas within the team.

     Key Experience and Skills
  • Tenacity and determination to succeed.
  • Proven experience of working successfully in a sales team.
  • Experience of working to targets and KPIs.
  • Strong customer service, sales and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Good attention to detail and administration capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
