Inside Channel Manager

Primary Responsibilities: Develop and manage channel partners within a Territory as mutually agreed with management. Main focus will be the generation, support and continued growth of: • Milestone video management software sales • Milestone network video appliance sales • Driving New Business & Channel Partner development. • Existing dormant reseller partner development Tasks: • Daily phone calls to assigned key partners to assist in growing their revenue stream with Milestone • Daily phone calls to new and inactive partners, getting them onboard and supporting their growth • Lead qualifications and opportunity generation • Inform partners of Milestone resources they can use - MyMilestone Portal, Server Design Tools, Pricing Tools, eLearning/Certification options, partner events (local/national) • Document call activities and log/manage sales opportunities in Salesforce • Lead informative webinars and perform live software web demos • Communicate with the field personnel when needed • Sales forecasting • Occasional travel into the assigned region required • Other tasks as assigned by manager Professional qualifications • Master or equivalent education combined with relevant work experience and analytical mindset • Strong IT skills, specifically with MS Office (focus on Excel and PowerPoint) • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage but not a demand • Fluency in English is a requirement.
