Jobstore are actively recruiting for an applicant to fulfil a Tool Setter position within a hugely successful business that specialised in Injection Moulding services across the world.

This opportunity is for a skilled setter / technician to join the company working a 3 shift system across a 24/7 operation.

Job Responsibilities

· Change over and setting of Tools and trailing any new jobs.

· Optimising efficiency of the other jobs and resolving any issues relating to production in a timely manner.

· Montor the quality of the moulds to ensure they comply with regular quality checks and minimise the amount of moulds sent to scrap.

· Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and ensure that 5S is followed throughout the manufacturing.

· Liaising with production Planners in regards to any problems that occur and assisting where possible with any amendments / repairs.

· Ensuring the smooth hand over at the end of every shift.

. Resolving machine related production/quality issues in an efficient and timely manner

Job Requirements

· Past experience within a similar tool setter role.

· Good knowledge of injection moulding is essential

· Excellent communicator and enthusiastic attitude.
