Infrastructure Technician

Infrastructure Technician - Hyper V - VMWare - ITIL - Cisco certified - Server - 3 month contract - Norwich

Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for providing support for the companies ICT infrastructure including server, network and datacentre technologies, taking a lead specialist role in one or more of the following areas of infrastructure technology:
- Windows Server
- Client Security/Management
- Email/Messaging
- Networking
- Datacentre
- Databases

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will be Cisco Certified, have previous experience of providing infrastructure support within a large multisite environment and incident and problem resolution within an ITIL environment.

You will also have experience of working with project managers for delivery of infrastructure projects, hands on experience with Microsoft core technologies including Active Directory and configuration and troubleshooting network technologies including IP, DNS, DHCP.

Finally you will have hands on experience with virtualisation including Hyper-V and VMWare.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive an initial 3 month contract and a £151 a day.
