Infrastructure Team Leader

Hatfield, Hertfordshire

We have an exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Team Leader to join an expanding and innovative blue-chip company at their Head Office in Hatfield. The primary goal of the Infrastructure Team Leader is supervising a small team of Infrastructure Engineers, ensuring the company's Windows Infrastructure is running smoothly, and is current and secure.

The Infrastructure Team Leader will be responsible for maintaining the existing infrastructure, as well as investigating and implementing new technology to move the company forward, whilst aiding leadership and direction for the team. The Infrastructure Team Leader will be expected to implement new services and fully manage existing platforms to agreed business service levels.

Skills and experience required for the Infrastructure Team Leader:

  • Experience of leading an Infrastructure team in an enterprise environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • Ability to script PowerShell, with an understanding of automation.
  • Experience in administering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and domain security.
  • Understanding of general email infrastructure.
  • Experience of supporting large, 24x7 enterprise-grade infrastructure environments.
