Your new role:
As part of our continuing plans, we now seek to appoint an experienced and pragmatic Project Manager, who will drive full end-to-end management delivering digital platform and Level-3 support services that underpins the corporate-wide solutions that we provide. You will build and resource projects, including the engagement of 3rd-party suppliers, to ensure timely, cost-efficient Platform services across a number of principal customer accounts.
Working within AGILE Sprint processes, you will take full ownership of the delivery, being sympathetic to ITIL standards, mitigation of risk and the assurance of quality and utilisation, which is typically provided under a fixed-priced contractual framework.
What you'll need to succeed:
As the successful candidate, you must have solid experience in a similarly broad role. You will have demonstrable experience in the implementation Platform delivery, support services and environments, including those centred around AWS and cloud. You will have a sound understanding of ITIL and excel at relationship building and stakeholder management.
Your career to date has included responsibility for a number of concurrent platform or support-based projects, having practical experience of AGILE and Waterfall development and delivery methods. Ideally you will have worked in provision of services to both private and public sector industries and excel within a culture of continuous development, delivery and specialist DevOps.
