Information Manager

Our client, a market leading medical provider are looking to appoint an Information Manager to lead a team of Information Analysts at their Newcastle upon Tyne site. The role will be working within the clients digital department as Information Manager, leading the information team, playing an integral part overseeing the business intelligence strategy, delivery of contract reporting to external stakeholders and overseeing internal data processes. The successful candidate will be expected to lead on design, development and change relating to all aspects of information provision. Responsibilities -Manage the information request service desk and report on its performance. -Ensure daily, weekly and monthly contractual reporting obligations are met. -Work with stakeholders in the organisation to develop an innovative and extensive range of high quality information resources in a variety of formats. -Take the lead on ensuring reporting for new contracts is defined, agreed and produced within timescales to a high standard. -Oversee the implementation of new reporting standards -Support in forecasting and workforce planning tasks. -Manage team of Information Analysts, delegate reporting tasks as appropriate and create training and development plans for each member of the team. Essential Requirements -Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related field, or has significant, relevant experience in a related work area. -Previous experience of managing a busy Information Team or Working as a Senior Analyst. -Excellent organisational and planning Skills -Experience of an environment that requires a high level of data quality. -Strong Excel Skills -Able to present proposals to internal users and influence decision makers -Current driving license Desirable -Familiarity with call centre reporting metrics -Experience of reporting software such as SSRS, Tableau, Crystal Reports etc. -Database design, SQL -Experience of Process Mapping and Modelling -Experience of managing projects If you are interested in the position, please apply or email nathan pardoe with your cv for further information
