The Information Centre is the heart of Selfridges Oxford Street and is the first port of call for a fabulous shopping experience. Candidates must have customer-facing experience, the ability to work under pressure, be pro active and enthusiastic yet caring and patient. Suitable candidates should experience Selfridges prior to the interview and a general knowledge of London and foreign language skills would be a plus. We are currently looking for FULL TIME staff for this role. You will work 37.5 hours a week, which is any 5 days out of 7 including weekends. Your rota will include early, middle and late shifts according to store opening hours.
