My client a leading provider in education solutions is looking for temporary staff to assist them at this busy period. The role will involve calling various clients to inform and advise them. We are looking for outgoing, hardworking and resilient candidates. This will involve a high level of customer service so experience working within this sector would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Information advisor will be:

* Making outbound calls to various clients (no cold calling)
* Providing helpdesk support via email and telephone
* Ensuing that customers are responded to quickly, accurately and professionally
* Updating spreadsheets
* Use of CRM's
* Managing a specific case load
* Meeting deadlines
* Providing training, system demonstrations and guidance to users

The successful Information Advisor will be:
