An Industrial Disease Litigation Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50 law firm in Leeds. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a Top 50, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an Industrial Disease Litigation Executive/Paralegal to join their award winning team.

You will handle a varied caseload of defendant pre and post litigated industrial disease claims, including but not limited to:
  • Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL)
  • HAVS
  • Asbestos-related illnesses
  • EL/PL
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases from inception to settlement, providing expert legal advice, liaising with medical professionals, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.

We are happy to consider candidates who have managed their own caseload of industrial disease/EL/PL files and we are also happy to consider those that have assisted as full training will be given. We are happy to consider both Defendant and Claimant candidates.
