An Industrial Disease Fee Earner is required to join a national and highly successful law firm in their Pontefract office. Our client is seeking applications from candidate's experience managing and progressing your own caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated matters from start to completion. Are you looking for a new Personal Injury Litigated opportunity based in Pontefract? Do you have previous experience managing both non-litigated and litigated Industrial Disease files? If so then this is a new opportunity that should stand out.
You will be required to manage and progress your own caseload of pre-litigated and litigated industrial disease matters. Working closely under the direction of the Head of Department you will be responsible for progressing matters effectively for your clients and undertake advocacy, as and when appropriate, in any case or matter.
In order to excel in this new role you should possess strong client care and organisational skills whilst being fully confident in progressing a caseload. You will be supported into this role along the way by other fee earners and the Head of Department who are at hand to help advise and direct you as and when you require.
