Overview:

• A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join our client who is an established financial planning firm, offering advice on pensions, investments, and protection including business assurance, where all the leads are provided via a team of the whole of market mortgage and protection brokers.

Remuneration:

• Basic to £50,000 dependent upon experience, OTE £70,000 - £80,000

Main Duties:

• Our client who is an established financial planning firm, requires an additional experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to work with the current team, offering advice on pensions, investments, and protection including keyman and shareholder insurance, where you will receive new leads on a day-to-day basis from the team of the whole of market mortgage and protection brokers
• The new pension and investment leads are currently being generated via a national network of over 300 - 400 whole market mortgage and protection brokers. The clients have expressed an interest in obtaining a mortgage, and during the fact-finding, the mortgage broker will highlight areas of financial planning that also requires reviewing.
• These leads have been vetted via the fully qualified and whole market mortgage brokers, therefore the majority of the clients have completed a fact find with regards to their circumstances.
• Talking with the clients over the telephone, via video links or face to face, you will be required to carry out a detailed and in-depth fact find/meeting, offering advice on their Pensions and Investment requirements.
• You will ensure that the client receives a full review of their circumstances, and the client is treated in a professional and compliant way.
• As well as all the leads are provided, administrative support will be offered, to submit any pension and investments business as well as chase up any outstanding information.

Key Skills:

• The level 4 diploma along with previous experience in offering advice on pensions, investments and business protection is essential for this role.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail are also imperative, due to the nature of the role.
