Position: Independent Financial Advisor

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Minimum Requirements: 2 years’ experience as an Adviser or IFA, Level 4 qualified, CAS status

Salary/package: £55-60,000 plus benefits


An award-winning boutique IFA based in Crawley in West Sussex is keen to hire a Independent Financial Advisor to join its expanding team. The firm, which has been a market leader in Crawley for over 2 decades, provides independent advice on pensions, retirement planning, investments, savings and a full range of financial planning solutions.


Reporting to the MD, the Independent Financial Advisor will be mainly dealing with and meeting HNW clients from a well-serviced and loyal client bank, along with conducting regular client reviews. The Independent Financial Advisor will have full paraplanning and administration support as well as the ability to occasionally work from home as well as the office.


Applicants for the Independent Financial Advisor vacancy must have the following criteria:

  • 2 years’ experience as an Independent Financial Advisor
  • Level 4 qualified
  • CAS status
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Live in close proximity to Crawley


  • A base salary of between £55-£60,000
