An established and respected IFA firm with an impressive Assets Under Management (AUM) of circa £200 million is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Advisor to support their expanding client base. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary of up to £120,000, equity ownership, and the flexibility to work both remotely and from their Inverness office.

In this role, you will provide tailored, high-quality financial advice to a diverse range of clients. By understanding their financial objectives, you’ll deliver comprehensive financial planning across investment strategies, retirement planning, tax mitigation, and estate planning. You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload, foster meaningful client relationships, and craft bespoke solutions to help clients achieve their long-term goals.

To be successful, candidates must hold relevant industry qualifications such as a Diploma in Financial Planning and be CF30 certified. You should have proven experience as an Independent Financial Advisor, demonstrating a strong ability to grow and manage a client base. Expertise in financial planning areas like investment management, pensions, tax, and estate planning is essential. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly, and a robust understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements are also required.
