We are seeking experienced Financial Advisers for national employed roles, utilising professional lead generation to support business development. Advisers will benefit from a steady flow of leads. This is an excellent opportunity for driven professionals seeking to grow their client base and provide comprehensive financial planning services.

• Actively generate new business opportunities and demonstrate a proven track record as a business hunter.
• Deliver holistic financial planning, including inheritance tax (IHT), trusts and estates, investments, pensions, and related areas.
• Utilise Lead resources to maximise client engagement and conversion.
• Attend all meetings face to face.

• Must be able to provide evidence of successful new business generation during the interview process.
• Currently delivering holistic financial advice across a range of areas (IHT, trusts & estates, investments, pensions, etc.).
• Applicants are experienced financial advisers.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.

• Willing and able to travel up to two hours in any direction from their home base for client appointments and business activities.
• Required to attend Head Office as needed, potentially up to once per month.
• All meetings are conducted face to face, reflecting our commitment to personal service and relationship building.

Candidates will be asked to provide evidence of their ability to generate new business. Only those with proven, hands-on experience in holistic financial planning should apply.
