We are currently working with the highly regarded Chartered IFA arm of a national Financial Services organisation as they look to recruit a number of experienced consultants following a series of acquisitions in key locations across the UK. While they envisage plenty of new business opportunities arising from the acquired firms, they are keen to identify proactive individuals who have previous experience of building relationships with internal introducers or professional connections. While any transferable clients will be welcomed it is not a prerequisite for this role.
Working with clients who have minimum £100,000 investable assets, advice is evenly split between pensions and investments and can encompass specialist pension products (SIPPs/SSASs) along with complex estate planning. The firm boasts a national branch network and access to offices within the wider group however advisers typically manage their own diaries, work in the field and visit clients at their homes and workplaces. Advisers are fully supported by an experienced paraplanning and administration team.
To be considered it is vital that applicants are polished, driven and have first class relationship management skills reflecting the nature of the higher value clientele. Applicants will also hold a minimum level 4 qualification and current Statement of Professional Standing while progression with chartered status will be viewed favourably.
The role offers an attractive salary and benefits package along with a clear and achievable bonus structure with a tiered percentage split following validation. All renewals are credited for validation and bonus. On target earnings c£75,000.
