Clients and business opportunities
One of the Partners is looking to take a step back from advising, therefore is keen to recruit an individual to be their successor. You will be provided with a 2-year handover process, in which the initial stage will be spent shadowing the existing Adviser to understand their highly effective approach to advising and learning about each individual client. After that, you will then be assisted in taking over responsibility of servicing of their 100 HNW clients Typically, each client has investable assets of circa £500,000!
Training and Development
You will receive huge benefit from the opportunity to be mentored and developed by a highly successful Chartered Financial Planner. In addition, if you are not already, you should look to obtain your Chartered Financial Planner status during the 2-year handover window.
Each Adviser team within the business has a dedicated Paraplanner / Administrator; plus an additional 2 support staff are on hand to provide additional support, where required.
Requirements to be considered
You must be Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Advice and have an understanding of financial planning. In addition, you must have the gravitas to work with high net worth clients. Ideally, you should be experienced in providing financial planning advice, however they would consider individuals from DFM background.
- Salary in the region of £40,000 - £60,000 (dependent upon experience) during first 2-year period whilst learning your craft and about the clients
- From 3rd year onwards transitions to excellent earnings based on recurring income already in place - OTE of £165,000+
- Working from their office in Bracknell or attending client meetings (typically are based in Hertfordshire)
