Our client is seeking an Incident Manager to join their team on a 6-month initial term contract which could possibly be extended to 12 months.
- Experience in managing a 3rd party supplier for incident management
- Manage escalations
- Manage reporting
- Engage with cross functional teams for fault resolution
- ITIL qualified ideally
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Trouble shooting skills
