Our client is seeking an Incident Manager to join their team on a 6-month initial term contract which could possibly be extended to 12 months.

Main duties:

  • Experience in managing a 3rd party supplier for incident management
  • Manage escalations
  • Manage reporting
  • Engage with cross functional teams for fault resolution
  • ITIL qualified ideally
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Trouble shooting skills
  • Initiative
