Incident and Problem Manager - Bromley - £30,000 - £40,000
Capita has an opportunity for an Incident and Problem Manager to manage our Incident and Problem management and help shape and deliver our IT Incident and Problem management process.
We are an innovative environment passionate about making sure we deliver an excellent service and delight our customers. You will be an important part of the Capita team and work closely with the Technical Support teams and 3rd parties to proactively eliminate recurring incidents and ensure that problems are communicated to enable timely and accurate business engagement.
This role is based in our Bromley office, although there may be the requirement to travel to other locations at times.

What you will need
As a Problem and Incident Manager in Capita you will of course need excellent communication skills and have brilliant interpersonal and influencing skills and able to interact appropriately with users with many technical skill levels. You will also need;
Experience in an Incident and or Problem Management role within an IT environment.
Strong analytical/fault finding/diagnostic/trouble-shooting skills.
ITIL Foundation - Service Management
Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or relevant technical certification or evidence of formal training and work experience in Information Technology
