I am excited to be working behalf of a market leading Cosmetic Surgery company based in Wythenshawe, South Manchester - Due to company growth they are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join their team.

The role will involve dealing with inbound calls and booking consultants. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an award-winning company, that offer staff discount, on the job training and a realistic achievable target. This is not a call centre but you must be happy to work towards KPI's and in a fast-paced environment.

Duties - Inbound Sales Executive

  • Dealing with inbound enquiries
  • Fact finding and qualifying on each call
  • Booking consultations
  • Making warm outbound calls to web / brochure enquiries
  • Sending out appointment confirmation emails
  • Working towards KPI's and targets
  • Arranging call backs
  • Liaising with different clinics
  • Keeping patient's confidentiality at all times
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Skills - Inbound Sales Executive

  • Proven experience working in a sales environment
  • Confident at working towards targets and KPI's
  • Confident at dealing with sensitive issues
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Motivated and target driven
  • Good stability
  • You will ideally have your own vehicle
  • Happy to work various shifts
