Due to 8th year of consecutive growth and overseas expansion, Everythingbranded are looking to add sales account managers to join there fun friendly team. The role does not involve any cold calling, hot leads are provided and does not require hard sell.

The company:

Award winning Everythingbranded USA and UK and sister brands are part of the Charles Alexander Distribution group that operate multiple print related websites nationally and abroad.

Founded in 2010 the company now operates in both the USA and UK and due to expansion plans further they have recently invested in larger premises with a state of the art ''google'' style fit out.

The company is also opening a new office in Las Vegas, and the right candidates may get an opportunity to work in this office.

The Role:

Working in a team of up to 16 you will be tasked with managing your portfolio of customer accounts ,where you will maintain and develop relationships by way of quotation and using outstanding customer service.

  • You will also be expected to service all inbound quotations in line with company procedures, ensuring that customer service is key at all times.
  • The candidate will be extremely confident on the phone and understand the importance of verbal client correspondence have the ability to close deals within set time frames.
  • You will be trained in how to offer creative solutions to meet the customers needs and ultimately offer them the right product that gives them a great return on investment.
  • In addition you will be required to maintain a immaculate CRM database and you will be required to present this info on request to higher management.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum a full 1 years account management / telesales sales experience
  • Experience in customer service and telesales role
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to build long term relationships with customers.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience in dealing with B2B clients at all levels.

Working Hours:

14:00 - 23:00 Monday to Friday (USA Team) (1 in 4 Saturdays)

Salary upto£17,500 per annum + benefits + uncapped commission + relaxed dress code (based on hours and experience)

REAL OTE year 1 £30k + year 1 , £37k + year 2 due

Please note unlike other companies our OTE is real and very achievable.

Ideal candidates will have a background as a - Sales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Sales Assistant
