Our client offers a remarkable level of customer service to new and returning customers; ensuring that each and every customer receives exceptional service. With this in mind, our vacancy will suit a candidate who thrives in a customer focused environment, and enjoys resolving situations effectively.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with an excellent level of customer service
  • Offer appropriate sales solutions to out of warranty customers, offering all alternative sales packages
  • Handling a high number of inbound calls, ensuring maximum opportunities are achieved
  • Meeting sales and performance targets set
  • Maintain customer records by updating information on company database
  • Comply with processes and procedures to ensure that a high standard of service is achieved to both internal and external customers
  • Actively participate in call coaching sessions
  • Any other reasonable duties as required
