To receive inbound calls from new and existing customers and provide them with insurance quotations
Working towards set targets and KPI’s to convert as many leads as possible into sales and renewals
To identify and up sell a variety of add -on products
To deliver first class customer service to all customers in ways that promotes Autonet as a broker of choice and maximises sales opportunities
To be a successful Inbound Sales Advisor you will need to hit the ground running but more important is your determination, positive attitude and the desire to be part of this winning team.
In addition, you will possess the following skills and experiences:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work within strict guidelines and adhere to selling within a regulated environment
Excellent sales skills and the ability to offer products and services that meet the customer needs
Target and bonus driven
Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
Experience of working within an Sales environment
