Job Title: Inbound Sales Adviser

Salary: Between £14,600 - £17,900 depending on experience, plus bonus
Location: Peterlee, County Durham
Duration: 2 years

Your new Company

You will be working for the Loans Department of one of the UK's largest banking groups. The site you will work from is on a well known business park in Peterlee with easy access from the surrounding area.

Your new Job

The role is an Inbound Sales Adviser, where you will be taking calls from customers who would like to apply for a loan and you will be determining their eligibility and then putting the loan through for them if they are eligible. These calls demand the necessity for excellent customer service skills and sales experience, so you are comfortable in talking the customer through the process and offering guidance as you go. There is an excellent bonus structure with this position so the opportunity to make a significant increase on your base salary is there. You will receive excellent training to ensure that you are fully prepared and ready to start your role.
Skills you need to succeed

You will need to have previous call centre experience, ideally some proven sales experience, possessing excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be thorough, self motivated, determined and have excellent attention to detail, being fully aware of the necessity of compliance. You will also be used to achieving targets and working to SLA's and possess excellent IT skills. Ensuring you handle all customer calls professionally and courteously in accordance with company procedures will come second nature to you and you will also ensure that all regulatory requirements are met whilst maintaining the customer experience.
