Salary from £18,000.00 (up to £30k OTE)

Full Time (Flexibility will be required)

We are looking for a number of highly motivated, dynamic individuals to join a fun loving client based in Hertford.

Key Responsibilities:

· Delivery of excellent customer service with a professional approach

· Positive attitude and a real passion for helping people

· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to customer enquiries

· Great communication skills, being able to listen to customers concerns, their needs and

record information accurately, upselling where appropriate

· Be aware of multiple product type and advise accordingly

· Building excellent rapport with customers

About You:

· Experience in a telephone or face to face customer service

· Excellent oral and written communication skills with complete accuracy

· Positive attitude, consultative approach and self-motivation are all essential

· Strong interpersonal and social skills
